Barcelona star Neymar bumps into Serena Williams
Barcelona star Neymar has taken full advantage of his free summer. He is busy jetting off to Las Vegas. He had already won La Liga and the Copa del Rey last season. Then Neymar was left out of Brazil’s Copa America Centenario squad. He took the opportunity to catch some sun to relax ahead of another long season.
Barcelona star Neymar bumps into Serena Williams
During his trip the 24-year-old bumped into Serena Williams. He posed for a picture with her. The WTA world number one uploaded the image to Instagram with a caption ‘Always be ready for summer. You never know when @neymarjr will show up’.
Serena Williams wasn’t the only star Neymar was snapped with though. Later the Brazilian was pictured in a club. He was with Scottish DJ and record producer Calvin Harris.
Harris is performing shows in Las Vegas. He has tour throughout June whilst on tour in America. Like Williams, he posted a picture onto Instagram captioned ‘Neymar in the club !!’.
Neymar has become somewhat of an icon when it comes to music. He has been seen promoting and featuring in music videos. He did it for some of Brazil’s most famous pop stars.
He has just been through his best ever season as a professional footballer. It came through scoring 27 goals and assisting a further 16 in just 44 appearances. Neymar has also been seen in London promoting fashion ranges and also partying in Ibiza.
However, recurring allegations of fraud hang right over his head. He was even ordered to pay back £36.5million after being found guilty of tax evasion from 2012 to 2014.
With Spanish prosecutors still on his case, it’s no surprise that the 24-year-old is taking some time away.
